1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the Author and the Publisher regarding the publication of the Author's work ("Work").
2. Grant of Rights
The Author hereby grants the Publisher the exclusive right to publish, distribute, and sell the Work in print and electronic formats throughout the world for the duration of the copyright.
3. Manuscript and Editing
The Author agrees to provide the complete manuscript by the agreed-upon deadline. The Publisher reserves the right to edit the Work for grammar, style, and clarity, with the Author's reasonable cooperation.
4. Royalties and Payments
The Author will receive royalties as outlined in a separate royalty agreement. Payments will be made [monthly/quarterly/yearly], and the Author will receive a statement detailing sales and royalties.
5. Copyright
